I also got to sing "Baby Beluga" with them. I had to clarify that I was indeed NOT a beluga whale, but an orca (or "killer") whale. After telling them I'm a "Killer" whale, I'm not sure how many will let me nibble their fingers next time.

Meeting the Children
This past week, my first week here in the Midwest, I had the opportunity to visit an elementary classroom. I met a lovely group of first graders and kindergartners. They were sweet as could be and greeted me enthusiastically. I reluctantly admitted that I enjoy nibbling on little fingers and they indulged me by allowing me to nibble on their fingers and kiss them on the cheek. A "nibble and a kiss" as they called it.
